Registration forms are in the church office and details about the camps are on the bulletin board in the Whitman Center hallway. All camps are at SANTA CLAUS CAMPGROUND.

There are camps for 3rd through 12th graders. (We have brochures in the church office.) The church will pay half the registration fee for campers. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for all camps. Any cancellations before June 1, 2010 will be refunded minus the $50 non-refundable deposit. Registrations CLOSE one week prior to each camp start date.

Bring your filled out registration form, and your personal check for half the fee for the camp to the church office. Checks are to be made payable to Southwest District Santa Claus Church Camp. Our church will write a check for the other half of the fee for the camp and mail in the forms.

NO EVENING ACTIVITIES! This event will take the place of previously scheduled June 6 children or youth activities.

This Sunday, May 30, Patricia Croley will be with the youth from South Dakota to talk about Crowe Creek Indian Reservation. She would like for us to bring the following items for her to take to the Elementary Incentive Store:

  • Appropriate DVD movies
  • Individually wrapped candy and bubble gum
  • Hot Wheel or Matchbox cars and other small toy vehicles
  • Dolls
  • Outdoor toys (balls, plastic bats, etc.)
  • Sidewalk chalk
  • Bubbles
  • Anything appropriate for K through 5th graders.

We are collecting the items in the box provided in the Elevator Entry Room.

Patricia will have to take these items back in her small P.T. Cruiser car, so nothing very large please.
