After a good bit of praying and consideration, the Board of Trustees and the Church Council have approved PHASE ONE of a project to repair and restore our church organ to a viable worship instrument.

From estimates ranging from $150,000 to $750,000, we have chosen to go with a company out of Evansville, Indiana. It is Cave Organ Company.

Mr. Cave has proposed a multi-phase process for repairing/restoring our organ. The first phase is to repair the leatherettes in one section of the organ. They control when there is sound and when there is no sound from the organ. The other two sections of the organ will remain functional while this section is being repaired.

This first phase will cost $20,000. We will make a payment to Mr. Cave of $7,000 now,(which is already raised), a second $7,000 around Thanksgiving and the remaining $6,000 upon satisfaction of completion of the job which should be before Christmas.

How will we pay for it? By donations, fund raisers, by your generous assistance.

However, please donate above and beyond what you regularly give to the operating budget. Please do not reduce your operating budget pledge to give to the organ fund.
